Let’s make it

  1. Heat oven to 210°C. Cut potatoes into even wedges.

  2. Mix potatoes, lemon, garlic, oil and water in a dish; cover and bake 25 minutes.

  3. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes until tender and golden. Add parsley.
