Let’s make it
Rinse cracked wheat and slice onion; cut chicken into pieces.
Cook onion and chicken in ghee; add wheat, cardamom and water. Cover and simmer 65 minutes, stirring.
Check chicken is fully cooked, add milk and stir 10 minutes until thick.
