Let’s make it
Rinse rice. Slice onions and caramelize slowly in oil for 20 minutes.
Reserve a third of onions; add rice, cinnamon and water to the rest, cover and simmer 18 minutes.
Pan-cook fish until fully cooked. Serve over rice with reserved onions and lemon.
