Let’s make it
Rinse rice. Slice onion and squeeze lemon; check fish has no bones.
Brown onion; add rice, spices and water, then cover and cook 18 minutes.
Pan-cook fish in a little oil until fully cooked. Place over rice and finish with lemon.
