Let’s make it
Mix flour and water into a pourable batter; rest for 15 minutes.
Lightly oil a griddle or nonstick pan. Spread a very thin layer of batter and cook each side 1–2 minutes.
Spread a small amount of labelled, commercially prepared mahyawa on warm bread; do not make fermented fish sauce at home.
