  • Ground cumin2 g
  • Ground turmeric2 g
  • Olive oil20 ml
  • Water450 ml

Let’s make it

  1. Cut vegetables into even pieces. Soften onion in oil for 5 minutes.

  2. Add spices, tomatoes, carrots, potatoes and water. Simmer for 15 minutes.

  3. Add courgette and simmer for 12 more minutes; check all vegetables are tender.
