- Butter35 g

- Olive oil500 ml

Let’s make it
Mix flour, lightly toasted sesame, cinnamon, egg and melted butter. Add water gradually to form a pliable dough and rest 20 minutes.
Roll thin, cut into small slit rectangles and pinch into simple flower shapes. Heat oil to about 170°C in a stable deep pan.
Fry in small batches until amber and drain. Dip in gently warmed honey, then cool on a rack before serving.
